Clinton was a ton better than Bush!!! You can't judge Clinton's work on his personal life.

answering number 2. The united states policy is to not negotiate with terrorists. That's what he did.

And sometimes you have to do something unpopular for it to turn out for the best in the end.

This current Bush isn't the brightest president ever, and it shows. I'm not against Bush, he's doing a great job with what he was given, Al Gore, Jr. certainly would have done a horrible job. We'd be in war right now if Al were in charge, I'd bet. I'm not against Bush at all, I just think Clinton was alright.

Okay, I'm really angry I didn't get into this before.

(1) Animal Farm and 1984 are both great books. 1984 was an awful read but the point it was proving and its foresight were remarkable. Same with Animal Farm, though I enjoyed that book. As I said, Animal Farm does not glorify capitalism and nor does it hate on the USA.

(2) I don't care about Bush, let's just look at Clinton: he was an awful president. No one brought up his personal life so that was irrelevent. Point being, he abused the economy, let Osama slip through his grips, allowed terrorist attacks, the list goes on. My biggest problems with him were the economy and his foreign policy.

(3) Bush is doing quite well, and for the last fucking time, his IQ does not determine how good of a president he is. It doesn't matter what he got on his SAT's. You don't need that kind of shit for the presidency; Clinton had it, and he was awful. You need common sense and decency, which Clinton lacked. One of the reasons I like Bush so much is that his cabinet selection was for the most part stellar.

(4) The human nature you people speak of provides for the failure of communism. People cannot handle having the oppurtunity for absolute power without seizing it. Communism will always fail. Warren, I cannot believe you said that China is not corrupt. It is incredibly corrupt. All of the power, decision making, and resources are held by a very few. They take no input from the people. There is no freedom of speech and any demonstration has been crushed, many times with violence. And how are they not corrupt? And Iraq is a fake republic. Whenever one man holds all of the power, his cabinet is useless, and only one party is on the ballot, it is corrupt. You call people who call them fascist ignorant, yet you cannot see through what they tell you. Saddam may call his government a republic, but in reality, quite the opposite is true. China is probably less corrupt than Iraq, but Iraq is probably more fascist.
The fates lead him who will;
Him who won't, they drag.
