Sleep Deprived

Postby accolon » Apr 2, 2002 @ 1:40pm

For me it's exactly the other way round.

Normally, I hear my alarm clock at about 6am and I wake up immediately. Then I take a shower which drives the last sleep away, and I'm ready for the things to come.

On days like today (I'm on holiday right now), it's worse. I wake up naturally at about 1pm, sometimes after 12-13h of sleep, and I feel terrible and confused the whole day.

Just as I suspected. I wake up to my alarm clock and I'm a jack ass to everyone today. I fell asleep for atleast 5 minutes in the shower this morning. And i have no idea what happened an hour ago in my last period class of the day, let alone first period.

Accolon, do you take a cold shower or something? Cold showers usually wake me up but I can't stand them. I take 30 or 40 minute long HOT showers.

I originally asked about the math question above, but my dad has a super calculator that can do that stuff automatically, and it said there is no answer. What asses, it's not fair putting a question on a standardized test that determines our entire future, and have no correct answer to it!! Jeez!!

I get about 4 hours of sleep a night. Get up at 5:30, go to school, first period starts at 7:30, then school's out at 2:00 (HA! At least we get out earlier), then I do homework usually nonstop from 2:45 to whenever I go to bed (average 12:00-3:00). I love the weekend, 15 hours of sleep on Friday and 15 on Saturday.
