Warren, for the last time, punk has nothing to do with rap. Cool that you found a good band (for you, I hate that kinda music) though.
Moose, make sure you buy El Cielo. I haven't heard Lietmotif yet, but I know the El Cielo's a good buy.
And it's dredg, not dredge. Unfortunately they thought it was artsy to misspell their name.

Yup.
Dredg sounds like they combines my two favorite genres, smooth jazz and punk.

I've always hated HWM. Every album I've heard just seems like 60% filler, 40% decent songs.
There's something I love about Glassjaw, but also something that repels me. I own neither of their records.
Wiretap Scars, Sparta's record, is great. Rating by the same system, I'd say it's about an 8.4 (Highly recommended). It's really good, but falls short of anything great.
Dredg live is... well, sorta like them misspelling their name... Cheesy. They bring like pieces of trees and shit onstage, and the leader singer sings through a trumpet at times. But I've heard that they play their songs very well despite all the cheese.

I've recently been on a downloading binge, and most of it usually consist sof female singing. Tristania (whom I've acclaimed many times before) Trail of Tears, Edenbridge (they're actually prog metal, but meh) and more.
Once I get a job, I'm going to donate DIRECTLY to the bands, so that the various record companies don't get in the way. I've already the albums, why bother getting another copy?
