Home POP3 server

Ok, here's the problem. Pocket Outlook doesn't have an option for saving a copy of your new emails on the POP3 server. Therefor, if I check my mail via my e740, then when I get home and check my mail, what shows up on my e740 won't show up at home because Pocket Outlook doesn't have the option to save a copy of the mail to the POP3 server. Anywho, is there a program that would allow me to download messages from my ISP's POP3 server, and then double as a POP3 server itself?

I'm sure this isn't really a solution, but screw Pocket Outlook and get.. er.. what's it called, @Mail or something.
