If that fails, then I use VB_BROWSE (the basic module that comes with visual basic that you can embed into your programs to allow them to browse the web.)

Why wouldn't you use IE? If you want built in popup blockers, and not be bothered by Gator ads every 30 seconds.
That, and the ability to browse the web confident that your hard drive can't be formatted.

Posted: Mar 28, 2003 @ 2:02ami am not bothered by gator, or any other adware, thanks to a wonderful little program called Ad-aware. Head on over to http://www.lavasoftusa.com/, and download it for free. It scans for spyware and adware, and deletes it. For those of you who said you use IE6, except for when it fails, what do you mean? I have never had it fail on me.
