The little square is several different values... I think sticking the thing into notepad takes care of everything.

Copy it into notepad and everything will work fine. As for the square being multiple values, , that's one of the nice part about this cipher. I'll tell you- it's polyalphabetic, which means that a message reading A could actually stand for HI!! in one paragraph and LOSER in another.

Is this a PPC program of a PC program? Im guessing PC. I would love a free PPC encryption program.

I could make one... would you guys like that? I'd use a more complicated algorithm... and I'd allow password encrption, instead of encryption by a specific (preset) keyword/number. And then I'd create the same program for the pc so you could exchange files securely...

Does anyone know a way to make a program to work at startup when a compactfash is put it? I'm trying to create a program that makes it so that when you hard reset a device, on startup (with a storage card) it automatically changes the password to my current one, making the device a little more secure, and appear sealed in case of theft.
