Go to the Mudvayne International Institute of Nu-Metal. It's in London, so the language thing won't be a problem.

But seriously... I don't know about completing your entire education in another country with another language. Maybe a year abroad (many people do it), but I think spending the entire four years there will be too, for lack of a better word, foreign.
