I would have voted for McCain...the only guy with balls and a brain.

As for Kosovo, I actually don't know, but there were UN troops in Kosovo right? There are right now, peacekeeping ones, so the UN must have done something back then, and I would think that Clinton would have consented with the UN...

When we invaded Bosnia, Clinton requested UN approval, it was denied. Subsequently he invoked NATO to get 'support' for his actions, must to the chagrin of Europe. When invaded, and Milosivich was allowed to exile himself to Kosovo.

The UN was notified about Kosovo, but not asked for permission. They denounced the act openly, and again NATO was used as a backing horse. However, it should be noted, that in this act NATO was not nearly as unified.

So, your answer is no, absolutely not.
