I have one click access to popups on and off.. incase i want to see a pop up.. which is often.
Posted: Jun 5, 2003 @ 9:06pmI've got the same thing, but I don't have a clue what it's called or where I got it from. There's no start menu shortcut, and it starts automatically when windows loads up.
