What about GPRS? The T68i supports that.

GPRS is the same thing (basically the 3G version) as GSM, built off of the same structure... mostly T-mobile and the more recent ATT networks is where you can get that kinda coverage in the US. ATT and T-mobile phones are not compatible afaik.
Sprint PCS (Vision) is the 1x technology (basically the 3G version) built off of CDMA... in the states, 1x is also used by Verizon and Alltel (in certain markets), and soon to be cingular as well. However, these companies run on completely different frequencies than Sprint, so most phones are not comatible with eachother.
blah, blah, blah....

The Sony-Ericsson P800 has bluetooth built in, but it's a full Symbian OS PDA device, not just a phone.
Lots of Motorola phones have bluetooth add on packs or batteries that have bluetooth antennas and chips in them.
