As far as warez go, that's up to your own concious, but please don't list filenames or IRC channels on PM. Many people may know where to get PPC warez, but many do not, and by posting them here, you may be costing developers sales.
Pous, you did the right thing. A developer can charge a million dollars for a tic tac toe clone if they want, it still doesn't make it legal or moral to pirate it guys, you know that. If you do pirate it then that's your business, but don't go around telling everyone else to do it to. Sheesh.
