It shpuld be up in the right hand corner. Right click on the window and make sure that Address bar is checked. Also, all you will probably see is a box that says Address. You need to right click again on the window and make sure that the Lock the Toolbars is unchecked. Now grab that little box that says Address and drag it to the left to make it bigger. If you tried all of this and the address bar is still hid, then try right clicking and going into the Customize option and fool around in there to see if you can get it working. If that doesn't work either, then maybe some program has disabled that feature in the registry or something.
