yeah the models are priced the same as well, you should get your 1940. but how come you have to break it, that's so ....much a waste.

Yeah but it doesnt matter if I broke it or not. I bought the replacement plan from Comp USA not HP. The Comp USA plan is supposed to replace it no matter what, even if its the users fault. Or at least thats what I was told when I got it. The issue is they need approval to give me a 1940 since mine is a 1910.

they replace it, no matter what. I killed my casio twice way back when, trying to o/c it before i did it right. they didn't like me, but they replaced it.
