Where would be a good place to work for the rest of my time in HighSchool (Fast Food and Cashier excluded)?
(I want to work 4 hours Monday - Friday and 8 hours on Sunday if possible)

Get a job at a grocery store or something. I started working at Harris Teeter last summer and they started me out at $6 an hour for bagging (cashiers start at $7). I now make $6.40 an hour, I get bonus checks every six months, I get 20 hours of vacation for the year, and when I apply for the college funding program in January I will receive $1 for every hour that I worked in 2003 (and it will be all mine because I've already got a scholarship that pays for college). I usually work around 15-20 hours each week. That's not bad for a first job, eh?

My first job was as a stock portfolio manager for a lawyer downtown at $8.00 an hour 30 hours a week. That was last summer. I highly recommend it.

In dispatch I would get paid about $8 an hour and would work 20-28 hours a week. I have considered working at stores as a box boy but I feel a job where I run around 4 hours every week day would be great for getting me back into shape now that I no longer have a gym membership. Thank you for all your suggestions and if you happen to think of some more please post them.

I think I read that 70% or so of the jobs in the USA are from small businesses (less than 250 workers), so finding a good job all depends on what sort of small businesses are in your area. You just have to figure out the right things to say in an interview, and the right things to write on an application, and then just get out there and start filling them out.
