They sued the aunt, but it was directed at the twelve year old girl. I cannot even believe that the RIAA would make the INCREDIBLE mistake of (indirectly) suing a 12 year old honor-roll girl living in the inner city downloading nursery rhymes (among other things of course). Unfathomably stupid.
