Yesterday I started getting this strange message on AIM saying my screename was logged in at two places. I got worried someone was hacking it or doing something with it, so switced to a new one. Now I'm getting the same message there.

This is the message -
AOL System Msg (8:08:45 PM): Your screen name (AeroFennec) is now signed into AOL(R) Instant Messenger (TM) in 2 locations. Click here for more information.

Anyone got any idea why I'm getting this? I'm defiantly not logged in at two places unless the 2nd place is someone else. But I didn't even tell anyone else this new screename.

Someone else is definitely logging on as your SN. Change your password and see if it happens.

I didn't have either computer suspended when I tried it, and both worked and I even IMed them back and forth with the same screename. I'm not getting that weird message anymore though, it only came once with the new screename, so I'm hoping thats over with. Going to stay with the new one just to be safe and I kind of like it better anyway.

I'm posting off a mac.....weird.......

I haven't had any problems myself, but Ieave my aim online almost always.

Fennec-Have you signed on using any other computers?
