I think because they are called Chicken McNuggets, then they are. Otherwise, they would have been caught for false advertising.

HIV cannot be caught through eating a burger containing a carrier's semen.

it is a pretty weak virus when exposed to air and can only survive a few seconds.

I have another McDonalds....actaully no it's a KFC tale.

So this guy walks into KFC and orders a chicken burger of some sort and specifically asks to hold the mayonnaise.

Anyway, he gets the burger and on looking at it sees no mayonnaise around the edges, he takes a bite and his mouth just fills up with a mayonnaise type liquid.

He goes back to complain and the shop assistant says that there was definitely no mayonnaise put in.

A later scientific analysis revealed that the burger was from a chicken with a large cyst, which was piered open as he ate it.
