I doubt it, considering that all current Athlons (with one exception) are locked anyway. I've never seen a micro ATX board that allows you to overclock; hell, even the a7n8x-x (or whatever the micro version is called) has zero options even though the normal a7n8x used to be one of the best overclocking boards.

You should be able to set voltage on an Athlon by playing around with the bridges. Of course, that's assuming the board even offers an FSB adjustment. If it doesn't, it's pretty much useless.

A lot of boards offer overclocking, but i'm not sure about a M-ATX one.... you could try Asus, DFI, or Gigabyte. They make M-ATX's (as far as i know) and they have a good O/C reputation. i think it's all done through BIOS though.

Like I said, you can probably play around with bridges or stick wires in the socket to change the vcore. For example, my MSI board only supports up to 0.15v over the default vcore, so I stuck a wire in the socket (a pretty easy process; the hard part is actually getting the wire in. It's a wire, though, so no soldering, painting, etc is involved.) to think that the default vcore is 1.7v and not 1.5v. Thus I'm able to have my proc running at 2ghz and 1.75v.
