How to edit a DVD to remove language and scenes?

I know that the latest version of Nero is really good for handling DVD Movies. You can choose what you want, and reencode if you want. Like I've always said, nero rulez :P

You have just explained how to decrypt and then copy a DVD. Sorry, but that isn't even remotely an answer to my question. Thanks for the attempts, though.

Virtual Dub lets you choose a source range to process, and it allows you to process it without changing the encode so it would stay in full quality DVD format. You could encode a movie to several files that don't include those scenes and then use Virtual Dub to combine them together again into one straight video and reburn them.
