Fed up...

Well I am officially fed up with women and life. A few days ago I finally asked a girl I had been flirting with for a long time at my gym. She was always all smiles when talking to me. She gave me her number and I thought I was all set. I called her today to finalize plans for the weekend, and she tells me. "There is something I have to tell you, I have a boyfriend. I was really interested so I gave you my number, but I would just feel bad. I mean we are fighting a lot and I dont know what is going to happen, so maybe down the road..."

Meanwhile Im thinking yeah right, this could all just be total BS.
So there goes my one prospect. Valentines day is coming up and Ive now been single for two years after my awesome break up. Also I have grown my hair back out and it has majorly thinned especially in front. I mean, I am by no means bald. In fact I am sure a bald guy would kill for the hair I have left, but its just the fact that I know its going and everyday there is a little less there. I just feel like between my hair situation and the way things have been going I am doomed to never find an attractive, nice girl.

Sorry just had to vent.

Well there was this one girl at my school who was really cute, everyone likes her and she gave me her number. We was getting all flirty and all before then and then after she gave me her number 2 days later she crossed it out and I took the hint... girls

I know the feeling, NYI. For a while I thought I wasn't really attractive to girls, but then all of a sudden a group of them (like, a whole group of friends) went after me. At first I was sort of freaked out, then realized that these things come in cycles; for a while you think you'll never get a girl, and then BAM, all of a sudden your problem is that too MANY girls want you. Eventually you'll find an equilibrium.

This girl is obviously not someone you'd want to spark up a relationship with (as she's apparently quite unfaithful), so I wouldn't worry too much about it. As for the hair thing, I think you like quite natural bald -- not the "I shave my head cuz I'm balding" kind, but the "I shave my head because I look good like this" kind.

My advice is to find a place which you visit with some constancy and look for girls with which you have daily contact there. You'll find someone in no time, and before you know it, you'll be engaged

You're not meeting enough women on a personal basis. You need to increase your exposure to your target consumer. You're a good that you're trying to sell. Exposure is everything.

The ratio of straight women to straight men in large cities is relatively big. Generally speaking, there aren't enough men to go around, and you rank near the top of the pack with your prospects. The problem isn't with you, it's with what you're doing. You can fix what you're doing; be happy that you have a lot going for you.

Do activities that increase your exposure to women. Start doing yoga or something related to a trait you find attractive in a woman. You could decide to go back and get your masters; women outnumber men on college campuses.

Most people know someone who's single. See if your friends know anyone and ask them to hook you up. This helps twice over, since it can increase the number of your professional contacts at the same time it increases your dating prospects. In turn, those people will lead to you meeting more people.
