I am in a bit of a dilemma. Long story short, I need to uninstall Windows 2000. Its usually not a problem, but booting from a CD is not an option and Windows 98 boot disks don't seem to work :\ Any ideas?

format c: ?

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

1) Uninstall w2k
2) Install w98

?

If this is the case, perhaps you could resize the win2k partition and make room for a new FAT32 partition to put win98 on.

and be sure that the partitions are in fat32 and not in NTFS, win98 cant be installed over NTFS. :)
