Thierry your'e gonna die young!
Actually, this is a big problem!
People don't excercise enough instead they eat to much carbon hydrates and fat, but you should not think about what you eat that you shouldn't, but rather what you should eat. The base should be vegetables and meat (protein). It is also important that you have a diversety in your food consumption. On the other hand it is also important that you can ejoy life, and maybe thats why I can say that the my last meal (pizza and a bottle of wine and some whiskey) was a healty one!
P.S. If none of this makes any sense it may because of the content of my last meal!

Pejo, I was just having fun about what North Americans consider good food: burgers and pizza. I actually stay as far as possible from salt and do not like sugar/fat. I also eat a lot of vegetables... In fact my dinner is often a big salad.
Just had pizza at work 2 days ago... My first pizza in more then a year. I hate that crap. So disgusting... Salt/sugar/fat. LOL. When I have pizza for lunch, I am hungry 1 hour after. So to compensate I went with 4 huge slices... I was still hungry 1h after. Just goes to proove how "empty" that crap food is.
I also hate white bread = tasteless plastic.
I also exercice at least 2 hours per week + ski all weekends during the season.
My only vice is red wine and beer (in moderation) + cheese (in no moderation).
Do not worry about my health =)
