Medical questions.

I have a question for anyone. Can you take a deep breath to the point where your lungs feel 100% full, then breath out, and do the same thing over again?

I can't. I can take a deep breath once in a while, but usually it feels like my lungs are half full.

My chest looks like this, believe it or not:

Except, I'm not that skinny, and maybe my chest isn't sunken in that bad. But I'm really concerned. I've always had this breathing problem, and symptoms are fatigue and respiratory problems, among other things.

I told my mom, and although she is a bit concerned, I can tell she basically thinks it's bogus. Also, my doctor rarely examines me without my shirt on.
