I say Global warming is real. As an extreme example of the phenominon, I would nominate Venus.
To simplify (we can expand later), "greenhouses gases" (largely CO2) in the atmosphere absorb some of the sun's energy that has been reflected by the planet back in to the atmosphere. These molecules reemit that energy in all directions. The more CO2 in the atmosphere, the less relected energy escapes into space. Less relected solar radiation means higher temperatures. CO2 levels on Earth are increasing, and so is overall average temperature.
Resources I feel support my position:
Explination of greenhouse effect.
or more generally:
Amount of CO2 in atmosphere.
The earth is getting warmer
My question is this. What are the points of contention?
Perhaps I've been wrong to blindly folow the medical superstitions of past centuries. Maybe we barbers should test these assumptions analytically, using a "scientific method". Maybe this could lead the way to a new age, a Renaissance! Naaaaahhh!
