I love cig's too, man who cares if there unhealthy i know it and i choose to take  the consequnces becuase i want to smoke.

I smoked for 3 years then tried to run track! I felt I had to quit and I did. That was the best choice I've ever made.

I have been a smoker since I was 16 (I'm now 19) and I wish I never started.  Sure I love the taste of tobacco and that good feeling of smoke going down my throught into my lungs (ahh.. excuse me while I go have a smoke. LOL!).  But it leaves a nasty nicoteen stain on my fingers, my family complains about the smell,  I can't hardly go more than 4 hours tops with out one,  and if I keep it up by the time I'm 40 or so I might develop lung cancer, heart disease, or enfazima (I know I spelled that wrong).  So sure smoking is fun, and it gives me a 'crutch' when I'm down, but I will have to quit before too long and I encourage you guys to quit too.
