Schools have certain alert conditions. Like if there's a riot in school then they go to condition red: lock down. Condition yellow is kind of a warning or if things get disrupted.

Looks like there's plenty of events happening on this 9/11 also, Bombs in Columbus, OH, attacks on US bases in the Middle east, and a suspicious ship in outside of the New York harbor with radioactive stuff on board.

I don't know where I was, and frankly, I don't care, as I've moved on respectfully.

Sponge, your an insensitive fucker that can rot in fucking hell.

David: After columbine, all schools in Indiana went to a three warning program.

Green - which means get out of the building
Yellow - which means the school goes into lockdown, but classes go on as normal
Red - which means an intruder inside the school. Blings are closed, lights off, inside doors locked, and everyone hides out of view of the door. This is a worst-case scenario, like columbine.

Sponge, don't rebel so much. It's good to remember it, since it's only happened a year before. You have no real reason to "move on", not on this day especially. I have moved on but I will remember it on the day it happened. Christians still haven't "moved on" from the birth of Christ.

I was sitting in my third hour chemistry class, watching it on the big screen projector we have in there. They didn't tell us until third hour (it happened first hour) and didn't change anything; I took 3 tests after I had learned that it happened (by then I had still thought it was a widespread attack on the US... that's what they were telling us).

Cameron, you are an ignorant child, and a sheep. Go run off little sheep, follow the crowd, never thinking for yourself.

Sandmann, I'm not saying not remember. I'm saying 12+ hour, no commercial coverage on every TV channel is too much. There should be limits. That's all. I'm sad about the attacks, and I went on with my normal life like everyone said we should. Nothing to do with rebelling. Never occured to me actually. Just doing what everyone said we should do after 9/11.

Figured I'd have an idiot flame me.

Well that's very different from your "I don't know, don't care, and have moved on" statement in your previous post. I see your point now and I agree with you, all this television shit is a little overkill. But before you made it sound like you didn't even want to remember, that you moved on. That's what I called you on.

Admittetly, I was in a bit of a rush :P
I admit that sounded harsh though.

I need to stop editing my posts and get my thoughts out at one time..

Sponge, you're an insensitive prick who ONLY thinks about himself.

Telling us we should think about ourselves on the day that hundreds and hundreds of people died a horrible death. Many of them could be close relatives to your "friends" here on this forum. I never want to "get over it" and "think about myself" ever again. I hope I can ALWAYS think about others and their loss.
