e740 and me

e740 and me

Postby Cameron » Oct 20, 2002 @ 4:20am

I just got my new e740 from Best Buy. It really kicks serious ass, but if I turn it with the bottom facing me, at a steep angle, I can see dust. Can anyone else confirm this on their Toshiba e740?

Chris is my bitch
*cowers from all mighty power of the god-like webmaster*

Anywho, I'm not concerned about the dust issue as much right now as the fact that IT WON'T CONNECT TO MY LAPPY!!!

Here's the funny part, my TOSHIBA PPC won't connect to my one month old TOSHIBA PC. I've done this so many times before that it's not even funny. I've tried it so many different ways that it's just not cool. You'd think they'd at least try to make it compatible with their own newest products.

hehe... your lappy :)

Is it painful trying to plug your "lappy's" connector into your PPC? Seems to me like there would be a bit of a size difference unless you're really mini :)

(okay, so I'm REALLY bored tonight... I have to write a Greek-style myth about how we got the ability to cough for English)

Since when did I say you could talk? I talk to moose on a regular basis, and know he was kidding. I've always been mean to walker. You just appeared out of no-where and started talking. I'll call my laptop whatever the hell I want, and I'm not calling it that because it's hip or cool, it's just quicker to type lappy rather than laptop. I learned the word from when I was on PDAi's IRC network. Now, unless you have anything that'll help me connect my toshiba to my lappy, get the hell out of my thread!

Chris, put the bottom end up near your face, and slowly tip the front end while keeping the back straight. That's the only time I can see mine. It's like they forgot to whipe off the plexy glass or whatever the screen protector is before they put it on.

Get on AIM, I need someone to listen to me bitch about the dust under the screen. It's showing up when I look straight at it now, soooo looks like yet another trip to best buy. Pretty soon they're going to have a sign up that says have you seen this man behind the customer service desk. I think I'll go to a different one today, since none of them know me...yet.
