Alright, lemme say this once and for all. I DIDN'T LEAVE THE DAMNED OPTION TURNED ON IN THE SETTINGS DIALOGUE!
The toshiba guy asked me that three times. This is a creaking type of sound, and the screen moves down, not the annoying as hell screen tap sound. My Toshiba guy was nice, but he was dumb as hell, and frankly, they should require them to learn how to type
Cameron "I have a problem with my Pocket PC"
*3 minutes later*
Toshiba "What is your problem? We don't support keyboards"
Cameron "What? I don't have a problem with my keyboard"
Toshiba "Thanks for contacting Toshiba, should you end the session or should I?"
Cameron "But....don't I get to ask a question?"
Toshiba "We will need your serial and model number"
Cameron "I just gave you that though"
Toshiba "Please hold"
*five minutes later*
Toshiba "I am back, your device is functioning as specified"
Cameron "What? I haven't told you what's wrong though."
Toshiba "Oh, I'm sorry, wrong session. One moment please"
***Your session has ended. Thanks for contacting Toshiba!
Randall, does yours creak when you tap on the left? I think I'm going to call them this time and explain it, since the web guys aren't too great at solving problems.

*slowly raises hand*
I bought a toshiba laptop
Actually, their PC support isn't nearly as bad as their PDA support.
I think I'm going to call them tomorrow, I'll post the results after the call.

The keyboard part is actually true, it confused the hell out of me, and I didn't understand what he was talking about. The waiting and confused sessions are also true, although I paraphrased it down a little, and didn't give out the name of the nit who helped me.
