Its the camera angle. On some, you can see more of the screen than the other

Not really, it's more about distance from the camera. It's all in proportion and basically the same angle, +/- 0.2 degrees. It's just smaller overall.

Now that I look at em more, the height and width of the cards vary in size. Probably because of distance, like you said.

That quote is irrelevant, if he were to say for example, take the photos himself, it wouldn't be plagurism. If you took that quote, and credited it to yourself, that would be plaguarism.
Yes, I can't spell.
There's a fine line between plaguarism and.. uh.. not-plaguarism.
