Posted: Feb 17, 2003 @ 7:44amIf you've gone from an Nvidia card to ATI, reinstall windows and see if the problem still exists. Only way my problems got fixed.
Also check out the displays tab in the control center and change some of the sync options (horizontal, vertical, composite) for your monitor.
