No, I can't. I have no idea where to get Doom III, how to set it up, and don't care to thus will not even if you provide the information, so don't bother.

I just emailed newegg.com asking them if they'd test the cards for me and ship the best one to me, instead of me having to pay for shipping charges again and again.

Oh, and sponge, I hope you didn't take that above message offensively, it wasn't intended to be taken that way. Sorry.

I got doomIII from kazaa over 56k. only took 2 days.
Still tweaking the config file to make it better. Anyone know if "usestandardgl" or "usegl2" would be better than "usenv20" or 30? seems to me like it'd be.

I should probably say at this point that i tried to play a dvd from my harddrive and powerdvd just displayed garbage then crashed. I'll try it w/o modded drivers when i get home.

Judging simply from the techspecs I know, if you have an NV card, usenv20 (or nv30 if you have a GFFX) will work better. For any other card, if it supports OpenGL2, use the usegl2 command.

However, I think that in application so far, those commands don't do much yet.

Image
Were this present while operating as a 9700, i'd accept it, but not as a 9500.
I can't take a screenshot when I play dvds since I just get a black screen like when you try to take a screenshot of wmplayer playing a movie.
