Need a Nintendo64 Emulator for Pocket pc

When it someboy going to make a Nintendo64 for pocket pc. It is not like it can't be done because I have the "Corn64" emulator for desktop and I am runing a 233mhz desktop. Would somebody maybe start one, I would but I am not knowledgable about c++.
