Ok, sounds good! Will the maps still need to be named something special like map1 with the new version of the game? Because I would like to just be able to name the custom maps something unique so I can better tell between them.

I dont think the right hand views will be undockable. The new version has lots and lots of toolbar buttons and switching the view is very easy now, just a click, instead of messing around in the menu.

Right button: I see what you mean, but I have other plans for it. It isnt used in SA except for removing objects but the maped will be using the right button for other things when editing more advanced maps for other games.
