Ha, squat...

Okay... but what, does 10 in binary mean 2 or something? I think 10 in bin meant, like, 256... I'm so confused. I guess I must not be geeky enough :( ... no wait, that's a good thing *edits smily* :D

Eh? There are two signs in binary (as opposed to 10 in our normal system or 16 in hexadecimal etc.), 1 and 0 (or whatever two symbols you use). Therefore:
1 = 1
2 = 10
3 = 11
4 = 100
5 = 101
etc.

Okay, I mistakenly thought that the first bit in an 8bit series stood for 256, the second 128, the third 64, etc.
