CGapiCursor for pocketPC?

Is CGapiCursor only for use on desktop PC's - what is the best way to get a cursor on the PocketPC?

Even better I'd like to use the standard WinCE colorful spinning cursor.

CGapiCursor actually works on Pocket PCs as well as Stationary PCs... :)
