WinMPG Video Converter Might do the trick. I haven't used it my self but it looks like it can convert a crap load of formats. Its shareware with a free trial period, so at least you could use Free for a little while.

OK, I downloaded RADTools and was able to successfully convert an MOV file I had (actually the Cat Herders commercial from the SuperBowl a few years ago) It did a pretty decent job! Now I just need to use it & the Windows Media thing more often and figure out what's best for the Pocket PC.

Does the RADTools also convert to MPEG? I'd like to try a file with PocketTV. Thanks!
