I doubt it, considering that all current Athlons (with one exception) are locked anyway. I've never seen a micro ATX board that allows you to overclock; hell, even the a7n8x-x (or whatever the micro version is called) has zero options even though the normal a7n8x used to be one of the best overclocking boards.
You should be able to set voltage on an Athlon by playing around with the bridges. Of course, that's assuming the board even offers an FSB adjustment. If it doesn't, it's pretty much useless.
