interfacing with win ce / custom programs

.<br>I just got a cassiopeia e 100 and am looking into make some programs for it. I want a somthing that you can hook into your serial port and read analog sources or somthing like that. Eventually I want to make somthing where I can hook it up to my car and read thing like temps. air/fuel ratio's pressures and what not. I think it would be cool. I guess I would have to convert temps. and pressures into a digital signal and then go from there anyone have any Ideas???
