i must admit i prefer the look of the palms - if they only had better screens, a bit of speed and a gamepad. <br><br>with hp now copying the ipaq design i think i'll wait for casio and palm to catch up.

This really is a bunch of sh*t. First of all i didnt even know microsoft had a problem with people piriating there crappy products, The bigest part of the industrie hit by warez and piracy is games not os'es. Second of all what the hell are they thinking what is wrong with the way pocketpc is now? I wouldnt even know how to go about freakin copying reader of my ipaq for some one else, wich all ppc's come with in the first place so why pirate it. I really use to be a big ms supporter in the past but it's just gotten way out of hand with this damn product activation and this big switch to everything being .NET. I didnt spend 900 bucks for visual studio 6 so it could be worthless in 3 years becuase it doesnt support .NET. I am seriously thinking about getting a serial cradel and switching to linux, i saw a demo of it, it even had X-Windows with an almost ppc iface window-manger. You know what really pisses my off the most though they have to make such a big deal about the ppc2002 for god sakes it's just an os for a handheld its not like a pc os or anything, in my opinion a ppc is just a piece of electronics it shouldnt be anymore pirate protected and stresfull than a stero.
