bush is a freaking idiot and i can't believe he was elected. He is so incredibly horrible and has no carisma what so ever. I guess our entire nation is reaalllly republican or just plain stupid. Thank god for that tax return he gave us as our countries markets take a dive. Now as we enter war, the Military needs a larger budget, but where will the money come from. He gave it away. I mean i'm all for tax rebates and etc. but only when they are warranted, our government is still horribly in debt, and we have national security problems and all he wants to do is bitch about stem cell research. I hate bush and i hope to god he has a heartattack so Dick will get in there and ruun the show. He already was, but at least this time he'll be held respondible for all the bad decisions and judgements he's handed down to bush.

The only thing I don't like about Bush, is that he is always tieing his Christian faith with politics.  Any person can believe whatever they want in America, and I think thats cool.  But why must people mix faith and politics.

I agree with Chuck. He is extremely dumb. I think Clinton was much much better because look at the economy when Clinton was in, and now look at it with Bush 2.0! We had peace with Clinton, and war with Bush (both Bush's). I know that the terrorist attack wasn't Bush's fault of course, but I mean like the China plane incident and stuff. You could tell that Bush wanted a war with China when that plane thing happened, he has to have a war, to live up to his father.

I hate to debate politics with people who are ill informed...but I feel that it is my civic duty to enlighten the media-brain-washed masses.<br><br>1) Economy and Clinton.  Welcome to PoliSci 101, the current economy has nothing to do with the current president.  I won't bore you with the details.<br><br>2) Peace during Clinton's administration.  HAR HAR!  Try 3, count em 3, botched military campaigns.  Somalia, which was going fine, until Clinton cut funding and wouldn't allow armored vehicles.  Bosnia, which was a fuck-up, and actually CAUSED Kosovo by driving Milosivich there.  And, well, Kosovo.  Not to mention the systematic dismantling of the intelligence community and military.  And, of course, Clinton's unabridged pooping upon diplomacy in a post cold-war era by ignoring Russia until the eventual power grab by ex-KGB Putin.<br><br>3) Bushes need war.  P-LEASE!  Bush was being all low key until this happened.  He was picking up the pieces from the mess that Clinton made.  Perhaps if Clinton had not ignored 5, yup, FIVE distinct terrorist attacks on America, (Cole, Ryahd, D'haran, Tanzania, and WTC), Sept 11 could have been averted.  We were dragged into it.<br><br>If you want to say you don't like someone, either get the facts straight or just admit you don't like them because you "feel" that way.  Don't make up facts.

His original statements "we're going to get the folks that did this" are laughable.<br><br>But, I am behind the president on the current world affairs, and don't have much to bitch about in that respect. heheh...first, let me say that I am only taunting you because I like political arguments.  Though I do believe what I am typing.  So, no hard feelings.<br><br>Next, I am a republican, but not die-hard to the point that I vote along party lines.  I just adopt that particular philosophy.<br><br>If you don't like W. then hang around and watch, you may find yourself changing your mind.<br><br>Funny you mentioned Regan, because he probably had more to do with the past 10 years of economic growth than any single person, certainly more than Clinton (see previous post).

I don't feel the need to back up my opinions because political debates have always been pointless to me.  No ones ever been able to change my mind of matters, and I've never been able to change others minds.  Most people just accept whatever views theyve been shown by whatever channel they watch on TV and what their parents tried to bring them up with.  The only thing funny I ever heard was that a young democrat has no brain, and an old democrat has no heart, lol.
