lol. OMG, I can't believe I am actually answering these questions.
If only one parent is full-blooded Native American (or any other race for that matter) then the children are half of that. So yeah, your math is correct. 3% doesn't account for much though, so mentioning that you are 3% indian would probably just generate laughs.
I am 1/4, and just within the limits of being a registered indian.
Hair on their belly? Odd question. Full-blooded Native Americans have very little body hair overall and do not have facial hair nor chest hair.
I have a beard, quite a bit of chest hair- and yes, hair on my belly. However, my wife makes fun of my whispy armpit hairs (like 8 hairs). Did I just discuss my armpit hair in public? Gawd, I have hit a new low.
