Translation: I'm content with what I have.
But that doesn't mean I can't want more. Desires are what drives us to excel. Being content means I don't let my desires control me, even though I may have them.
That is not the point, however. The point of Japanese proverbs (I forget their technical names) is to defeat the question without truly answering it.
