What about the PXA261 for PPCGAMES is it good for 'em? they wrote here that the pxa261 is good for Mediatasks like play MPEG4. And i heard that the Xscale should run better on WindowsCe.net which comes out soon

Well, maybe the PXA261 has a 16-bit bus and th PXA250 has a 32-bit bus.
