No, they dont enforce it... but I'd try and stay below 40k... otherwise it takes for ever to load over a modem. The smaller the better.

As for the GOLD plan.... "beware" is all im going to say....

What had happened to me was that when I tried uploading an image >12k I got the red X thing in IE for the image not present, I took this to mean the upload failed. But it just appears to do this always before you Save.

All fixed now.
