More of the same, really... nothing inspirational or different. And so far I've been able to sing along with the lyrics and I've never heard the songs before, which means they're way too predictable. They sound a lot more techno. It doesn't feel as unique as their original album. I'd rate it a 7 out of 10 overall, and that's because I like Linkin Park so I'm being slightly generous.

I thought Linkin Park - Hybrid Theory was a disgrace, however back when they were Hybrid Theory, I loved them. Try and get your hands on the demos and see what I mean.

Linkin Park went "primetime" because they were in the right place at the right time. I'm not saying it isn't good for what it is, but it is not unique.

And I'm not against pop, you heard some of the music I listen to. I listen to everything from hardcore (not nu-metal) to jazz, and that includes some pretty poppy shit.

pop doesn't mean N*Sync, pop means "popular." Linkin Park is popular. You don't seem to like things that are in the spotlight, for whatever reason.

Meteora is growing on me... It's definitely not bad, just not as fresh as Hybrid Theory.
