Ok, have the Pocket PC dialing *99#, all is connecting. Phone is able to surf via GPRS. Phone and PPC are connected via bluetooth, once PPC has attempted connected error message "There is no answer at the number dialed. Verify phone number and then try again. To Change your connection settings, tap Settings. If the problem continues, contact your ISP or network adminitrator." Using Cingular Wireless with Wireless Internet Express, and GPRS is on the account. Phone is dialing only *99#.

Sounds like *99# is not the correct number to dial, it maybe *99***1# or something else all together. What service provider do you use? If it's AT&TWS mMode then I use *99# and it works great (and actually if I use *99***2# the data I used didn't show up on my first bill, but that could have been a fluke, I have problems with everyone one of my AT&T bills). You can go into your phone's GPRS data connection settings and look up the number somewhere in there. I don't have my phone handy so I can't tell you exactly where, sorry. If all else fails just call up your service provider and ask them what number your phone dials for the GPRS connection.
