I've never had a physical. I've been to a doctor maybe 3 times my entire life. Two times were to get shots required by law.

Moose, in order to go to school (at least in my area) you need to have a yearly physical.

My college required a physical, proof I've had some shots or something like that. But the nurse practitioner asked me if everything was alright, I said yup, she weighed me, and I was out the door. If you play sports then you have to have a physical before you try-out, also.
