antivirus, firewall, popupstoppers?

norton firewall sucks. i'd rather have zonealarm than that piece. i have some pop up blocker that adds a bar to my ie and it's great. I have one click access to popups on and off.. incase i want to see a pop up.. which is often.

I've got the same thing, but I don't have a clue what it's called or where I got it from. There's no start menu shortcut, and it starts automatically when windows loads up.
