New banning system

Matt Are you going to warn users and give them any chance or are you just going to pretty much kill them on the spot?

If they're borderline annoying, I assume a warning, but in other *cough* recent banees, they probably don't/didn't deserve one.

If you're worried you'll get banned chances are you will, as it's pretty difficult to get banned for doing anything even abusive. You've got to be way over the edge and contribute nothing and be disliked by a majority of the users in order to be banned.
