Hey, I am running XP Pro and whenever I use the side scrol bar my music skips does anyone else have this problem?

No... what are you using to play your music? If you're using WMP try Winamp and vice versa. See if it's universal.

I am using Windows Media Player and Winamp and they both skip. I know my PC sucks but 98 did not do this and my PC can run Unreal Tounament close to real time so it can't be performance. I also have the buffer up to like 60 seconds I think.

Now that I think about it it is more of a slur of sound not a skip. When I had 98 my sound card got messed up constantly and I had to restart my PC but that has not happend since I upgraded to XP Pro.
